1. About This Policy

This notice explains what data the iOS version of RespiKali collects, why it is collected, and who can access it.

2. Data and Backend

We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.

The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) to manage app functionality:

  • Anonymous Identifier (Firebase Authentication) – Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous, app-scoped ID so the app can securely communicate with our backend and download app content. This ID is technical only and is not linked to your real-world identity.
  • Cloud Firestore (content) – certain in-app content (for example breathing programs or media) is stored in Firestore and requires anonymous authentication to access.
  • Anonymous usage events – when you complete a breathing session, the app may send an anonymous “session completed” event to Firestore. This event does not contain your name, email, or device contacts and is not linked to the anonymous Firebase ID for tracking. It is used only to operate and improve the app (for example, to understand if the feature is used).
  • We do not use ads, marketing trackers, or hidden analytics.
  • Firebase acts as our service provider / processor. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored by Google Firebase.
