Terms of Use

1. License. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Respira / bilka Android app. You must be 13+ and legally allowed to use the service in your country.
2. Ad-supported & subscriptions. The app offers a free, ad-supported tier and an optional subscription with extra features. If you subscribe, we show price, billing period, trial terms, and auto-renewal info before purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play’s Subscription Center. Cancellation stops future charges; refunds follow applicable law and Google Play policies.
3. Account & Sync. Account creation is optional; without an account, you can use the app but your lists won’t sync across devices. Creating an account with Firebase Auth enables syncing of your session and breathing-exercise lists across devices. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no reverse engineering, no attempts to access others’ data, and no interference with the service.
5. Your content. Your synced lists remain yours; we don’t publish them. You must have the rights to any custom images you add. Custom images are stored on-device only (not synced).
6. Availability & changes. The app is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued. We aim for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination. You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
8. Updates to these Terms. We may update these Terms; the latest version is posted at this URL. For significant changes, we will provide notice in the app or by other appropriate means.
