Terms of Use (EULA) — RespiKali (iOS)

  1. 1) Overview. These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the iOS app RespiKali. By installing or using the app, you agree to this Agreement.
  2. 2) License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RespiKali on your iOS devices, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple rules.
  3. 3) Operation (no account, no ads). RespiKali operates without account creation and without advertising. Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription (see Section 4).
  4. 4) Subscriptions & payments. Key subscription details:
    • Purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
    • The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
    • Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
    • Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period.
    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation and on renewal.
    • You can restore purchases via the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.
  5. 5) Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies and applicable law. For any request, please use Apple's support channels.
  6. 6) Acceptable use. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to access others' data, circumvent security measures, perform reverse engineering, or disrupt the service.
  7. 7) Intellectual property. RespiKali (texts, visuals, logos, code) is protected by copyright and other applicable rights. You receive a limited license to use; no ownership rights are transferred.
  8. 8) Personal data & privacy. RespiKali may process data strictly necessary for the app to function (e.g., preferences stored locally on your device). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
  9. 9) Availability & changes. The app is provided "as is." We may evolve, limit, or discontinue certain features for technical, operational, or legal reasons. We strive for reasonable availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
  10. 10) Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for: (i) indirect, intangible, or consequential losses; (ii) loss of data; (iii) damages resulting from improper use of the service. Nothing in this Agreement limits your non-waivable statutory rights.
